If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or does not match the file you submitted, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Books or Printing Defects

If your book arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact our support team at souvibook@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a new copy free of charge or issue a full refund.

Custom Products – Important Notice

Each Souvibook is made-to-order and personalized for you.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or free reprints for errors made during the personalization process, including:

  • Incorrect photos

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Layout or design choices

Customers are responsible for reviewing their book carefully before placing the order.

To process any refund or replacement request, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
